HINOISHI ("we," "us") operates hinoishi.com. HINOISHI is operated by Lumen Stitch LLC, 11353 SW 233rd Street, Homestead, Florida 33032. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us: name, email, phone number, and shipping and billing address when you place an order, join our list, or contact us.
  • Order information: what you bought and your order history. Payments are processed by Shopify and our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you use our site, through cookies, pixels and similar technologies.

How we use it

  • To process, embroider, ship and support your order, including claims for damaged items.
  • To send you emails you agreed to receive about drops, early access and store updates.
  • To measure and improve our site, our ads and our messages.
  • To prevent fraud and keep our store secure.
  • To comply with the law.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with the companies that help us run HINOISHI:

  • Shopify, which hosts our store and processes payments.
  • Klaviyo, which sends our emails.
  • Meta (Instagram and Facebook). We use the Meta Pixel to measure and show our ads. Under some U.S. state laws this may be considered "sharing" or "targeted advertising."
  • Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx), to deliver your order.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it.

Cookies, ads and your choices

You can opt out of targeted advertising at any time on our Your Privacy Choices page. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by law. Our site does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. Third parties such as Meta may collect information about your activity on our site over time and across other websites.

Emails

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or to opt out of targeted advertising. Email orders@hinoishi.com with the subject "Privacy request." We'll respond within the time required by applicable law. We may keep information we need for legal, tax or security reasons.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it to fulfill your order, meet legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes.

Security

Our store uses SSL encryption, and payments are processed by Shopify, which is PCI DSS compliant.

Children

Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
